Master document with changes to captions

I made changes to some of the captions and uploaded the latest LaTeX and PDF. I also uploaded a zip file containing those two files and all the pictures (.eps format).



Two questions about captions I wasn't sure about:
  • should they all be complete sentences?
  • should they all end with a period (even the really short ones)?

I hope Mike will set me up with a Windows version of TeX tomorrow at noon so I can prepare a draft of the completed manuscript.
