Something that occurred to me that we should consider: Should we write down what exactly are the 4 rigid transformations for regions III-VI (i.e., the rotations and translations) like I did in the exactly 1 section?

I'm making extensive edits on a hardcopy of this lastest version. We can plough through them Monday.
Meanwhile, please take a stab at getting at the References section for the end of the master document using the articles mentioned in the first few posts of the blog.
